With over 30 years of professional experience Mo joined Adelaide Jones in 1990 following a second degree at the University of London. A trained building surveyor and quantity surveyor Mo has broad expertise across residential and commercial buildings and constructions.
Mo offers a full suite of building consultancy services to include contract administration, project management, building surveying, dilapidations and party wall. Mo acts on behalf of a number of leading Central London property properties as a consultant. Valuations and Surveys of high value assets in Hampstead and St Johns Wood makes up a substantial proportion of his specialist experience.
Mo acts as an independent expert in the First Tier Tribunal on a variety of matters and is a qualified Arbitrator for construction contract disputes. Away from Adelaide Jones Mo is an assessor for the University of Westminster and a member of the Bank of England Advisory Panel.
After joining Adelaide Jones in 2006, Robbie is now the Senior Property Manager and Head of Client Accounting as he continues to facilitate the department’s growth.
He has developed awareness encompassing law associated with property management and lettings, including Section 20 consultations in accordance with Landlord and Tenant Act. Whilst working for Adelaide Jones, he has obtained an advanced diploma in accounting with distinction and deals with all financial matters relating to property management and client accounting. Robbie has played a pivotal role in ensuring Adelaide Jones continue to receive the highest ratings following regular ARMA and RICS audits.
Ben graduated from Newcastle University with an honours degree in Biology (BSc) before undertaking a Master’s degree in Real Estate (MSc) at Henley Business School (University of Reading).
Ben joined Adelaide Jones in 2021 and initially started out in the Property Management Department. Ben has worked across departments during his time at Adelaide Jones and has developed a specialism in commercial valuations and building surveying, to include project management for private clients, and large-scale Section 20 works within the management portfolio.
Josh graduated from Oxford Brookes in 2023 with a degree in BSc (Hons) Real Estate shortly before joining Adelaide Jones as a graduate surveyor.
Josh is currently working as part of a team managing the Adelaide Jones property portfolio. As well as becoming increasingly involved in Section 20 works and general Building Surveying.
Rumit joined the Adelaide Jones team in 2023 as part of the Accounts Department for the Davis Brown management portfolio.
With over half a decade of experience in accounts practice developing strong bookkeeping and accounting skills, both in management and commercial accounting, Rumit joined as the client/service charge accountant.
Tony is a Chartered Building Surveyor and party wall specialist. He has spent the last two decades working in private practice for leading firms of London Surveyors. He first joined Davis Brown in 2006 and eventually became a director. In 2019 he became a Senior Consultant for Davis Brown.
Tony is a member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Society (a Learned Society and the pre-eminent organisation for Party Wall professionals). He has written articles for Whispers, the Society’s quarterly periodical.
Hannah joined Adelaide Jones straight from the University of Bristol in 2023 where she graduated with a degree in International Social and Public Policy.
Hannah is charged with co-ordinating the valuation department and with maintaining relationships with all valuation clients.
Hannah doubles up this role as an assistant to the Directors and is starting to take on HR responsibilities.
Arun graduated from the University of Durham with a honours degree in Law before undertaking a Masters degree in Real Estate Finance at Cass Business School. After a brief stint working in the City, Arun Joined Adelaide Jones in 2015 and where he became a Director in 2019.
During this time Arun has focused on advising private clients on their residential and commercial portfolios for investment. He has developed a specialism in Leasehold Enfranchisement claims and Residential Valuations on the major Estates in Mayfair, Belgravia and Chelsea. Within the last two years, Arun has worked on numerous high value property valuations for secured lending and is regularly appointed to undertake the largest transactions in Prime London.
“Duncan Douglas graduated Nottingham Trent University in June 2022, with a degree in Real Estate. After taking a gap year, he joined us here at Adelaide Jones as a Graduate Surveyor.
Duncan is currently working as part of the team managing the Davis Brown property portfolio.

Matthew graduated initially from the University of Sheffield with a BA (Hons) degree in Architecture, then from the University of Reading with a MSc degree in Real Estate Economics. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2013.
With over 10 years’ PQE, 14 years of experience in the Surveying profession, including new homes and development agency work, and four years spent working alongside and for architectural firms, planning consultants and developers, his experience in the property sector is broad.
He joined Adelaide Jones in November 2023, after having worked at Matthews & Goodman for seven years, within which time he rose to Partner and was sector head for residential valuation. The six years prior to that he trained and developed his surveying career at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield).
His remit and area of expertise is the field of residential valuation, and he provides advice for varying purposes in relation to single assets, portfolios and development sites, for a range of lending institutions, other companies, funds and private individuals.
James Moon graduated from Chichester University in 2014 with a BA in English and Creative Writing.
James joined Davis Brown as an administrative assistant to the management department before moving into the accounts team where he now handles the purchase ledger for the Davis Brown management portfolio.
David Green is a Chartered Surveyor and commercial property specialist who throughout his career has dealt with complex sales, lettings and acquisitions in Central London and throughout the UK. David started at Davis Brown and became a Director within the business specialising in the agency and asset management.
David has dealt across multiple asset classes from office and industrial letting and investment sales to disposing of development sites. He has sold in excess of £200 million of property throughout his career and acted to acquire a similar amount.
