Along with Excel spreadsheets used to provide cashbooks for clients’ service charge and reserve accounts, we utilise a software package called ‘Rent’ that meets all the requirements for accounting and delivery of service charge, ground rent demands and statements. The packages allow us to effectively prepare annual Service Charge budgets and analyse clients’ accounts, providing us with the means to recognise any potential costs and expenses to clients and provide recommendations accordingly.
All clients’ accounts are reconciled regularly in line with RICS regulations and we ensure that the preparation of accounts is done annually and passed to Licenced accountants for auditing.
