Duncan Douglas graduated from Nottingham Trent University in June 2022 with a degree in Real Estate. After a gap year, he joined Adelaide Jones as a Graduate Surveyor.
Duncan’s role primarily focuses on block management, where he is responsible for overseeing property compliance and coordinating maintenance.
Alongside this, he assists the valuation team with residential loan security valuations, including inspection, research, and the preparation of valuation reports. Through this, he is developing an understanding of valuation methodology and market analysis.
He is also involved in contract administration, supporting projects from instruction to completion.
