We handle the entire process of issuing and collecting service charge and ground rent demands in accordance with lease terms. As part of our service, we offer building consultancy services, including the preparation of technical drawings, valuations, and advice on major works. For more significant projects, we engage specialist consultants and surveyors to provide tailored solutions, ensuring that all works are managed according to industry best practices. Our consultancy services are charged separately, based on either an hourly rate or a percentage of the contract value, depending on the scope of work.
