Adelaide Jones Property Management was formed following our merger with Davis Brown, a well-established Fitzrovia-based agent with deep roots in Prime Central London. We now manage over 100 residential blocks across Prime Central London, with a dedicated team of property managers and service charge accountants based at our Marylebone offices, available five days a week. We are RICS-regulated and members of the Institute of Residential Property Management. If your current managing agent is not delivering, switching is more straightforward than most people think and we will guide you through the process.
Our services include Right to Manage support, helping leaseholders and freeholders take control of their building and maintain it to the standard it deserves.
Commercial Property Management
Adelaide Jones provides commercial property management services across Greater London, acting for landlords and asset owners to protect rental income, maintain
buildings and ensure full statutory and lease compliance.
Our managed portfolio includes properties in some of London’s most sought-after locations, with
instructions in Covent Garden, Mayfair and Marylebone. We also act for international private banking clients and lenders based in Dubai, Geneva, Singapore and Hong Kong, providing formal Red Book valuations on London assets for cross-border borrowers and investors.

Property Inspections & Repair Management

We place a high emphasis on providing clear and accurate financial reports. Each client will receive bespoke management and financial reports.
Client money protection
Adelaide Jones Property Management uses Barclays for independent Client Accounts.
Our handling of Client Money is both FCA and RICS Regulated.
