We assembled and led a consultant design team comprising a structural engineer, architect, principal contractor and interior designer, managing the project from inception through to completion under a JCT Minor Works Contract. The result was a comprehensive transformation of a period property into a high-specification modern family home, including the addition of a tennis court and swimming pool.
