Refurbishment and construction works
Adelaide Jones was appointed as Project Manager and Contract Administrator for the comprehensive redevelopment of a private industrial estate located just outside Slough on the M4 Corridor.
Project Management
The brief involved the demolition of a series of single-storey 1930s units with asbestos cement sheet roofing, and their replacement with new high-specification clad units designed to accommodate last-mile logistics or data centre occupiers. Adelaide Jones also oversaw the reconstruction and refurbishment of a number of retained buildings, including new roofing and complex structural steelwork to create open-plan layouts suitable for modern industrial and commercial use.
